TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN JULY 2024 We are a food charity based in Rosebud and for over 32 years, we have provided emergency food relief for the local community. Each Christmas we run a food and toy drive so that people who are struggling to make ends meet can be given a bag of festive goods and toys for children. In 2022, we were approached by Jessica at Rye YPA to see if they could help support our Christmas Appeal. They asked their network for donations for our appeal and the generosity from their clients and contacts was amazing. Their motive was to genuinely help the local community and it was inspiring. We started our charity with the slogan ‘Local people caring for local people’ and the Rye YPA office epitomises that sentiment and we are proud to have their support. And their support wasn’t a one off! Ben Nutbean and everyone in the Rye YPA office really got behind our 2023 Appeal and donated even more items. We had to make a few trips to pick up everything they’d collected. It’s a whole office initiative and the kindness of the entire team is obvious in our dealings with them all. Rye YPA are a great example of grass roots support for the local community and we are thrilled that they’ve given us their support again for the 2024 Appeal. Together we are able to help those in need in the local community.
